EXQUISITE BRIDAL HAIR TERMS, CONDITIONS & FAQ’s

Exquisite Bridal Hair thanks you for considering us to share your magical journey with you.

Securing Exquisite Bridal Date for Services:

• A Bride’s/Client’s acceptance email and deposit confirms that the bride/client fully understands these terms and conditions when booking with Exquisite Bridal Hair.
• To secure your date for the event, a booking deposit is required, and this is non-refundable.
• The Booking Deposit required will be from $250, depending on quantity of people.
• Until we receive your deposit, the date is still available for someone else to book. Once the deposit has been​ paid, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
• When the deposit has been made you will receive a proforma invoice showing the secured date.
• The deposit will come off the final balance.
• The remaining balance is to be paid in full prior to the event day.​

Cancellations:

• In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your booking any payments you have made are strictly non-refundable. ​
• In the unlikely event that we cannot attend on the day of your event due to unforeseen and unfortunate events or circumstances, all payments will be immediately refunded. We will work with you to find an alternative reputable stylist/artist or salon to cater for your requirements. No further compensation will be offered.

Travel Fees:

• Travel Fees - Will apply to all bookings, starting from $40 per stylist.
• Early start fees will apply for starts prior to 6am.
• Large groups or tight scheduling will require more than one stylist, will incur additional charges.
• ​Hotel, Parking Station, and Metered Parking will be charged if it is not provided and paid for by the client.

Home/Venue Set Up On The Day:

• Our client must ensure we have adequate lighting, table, chair and near-by electrical outlet.
• Please make sure children and animals are kept away for safety reasons, as we use appliances that get hot.

Hair Extensions:

• Extensions and curling of the additional hair must be communicated to Exquisite Bridal Hair prior to the service.
• Clients who wish to bring their own clip in extensions for the stylist to place and curl them will incur a $25-$45 additional fee will be assessed to their hair service.

Hair Trials:

• Hair trials are not compulsory but is strongly recommended
• It is highly recommended to wear a light-coloured, open neck garment for the trial.
• Trials, other than at our Oatlands Hair Studio, will incur a travel fee of $60.
• Trials take approximately 1-2hrs.
• If you have extensions, Hair Accessory, Veil please bring with you
• Trial costs are due at the time of the trial.  $130-$150

​Brides 2nd Hairstyle and Touch-Ups at Reception/Venue:

• We can provide 2^nd hair style and touch-ups at the reception/venue. Please advise us what your requirements are so we may give you the price to provide this extra service.

Photography, Video and Image Copyright​:

• Exquisite Bridal Hair will be photographing the clients during and after the service.
• Images may be used in our advertising, portfolios, internet, and social media posts.
• Please advise us in advance by email prior to the booked date if you do not give us permission to use/publish any images.
• Should you take images that include of our stylists, or the hair designs, and use them for advertising, internet, or social media posts, please refer and give credit to Exquisite Bridal Hair stylists.

Country/Interstate Events:

• Exquisite Bridal Hair is available to travel outside the Sydney metropolitan area. Accommodation and travel costs will be charged at cost if provided by Exquisite Bridal Hair.
• Alternately the client can organize and pay for the travel and accommodation as determined by Exquisite Bridal Hair.
